PrometheusMail is the client operating system we wanted when we ran our own agencies — AI that actually works, without sending data to OpenAI.
Our mission
Client communication shouldn’t be chaos. Agencies juggle Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, Notion, and Asana just to talk to their clients — paying thousands per month for tools that barely integrate.
We’re building one platform that replaces them all. AI email. Built-in CRM. Team chat. Running on our own infrastructure, not someone else’s cloud.

How it started
In 2025, running a small software company in Poland, we hit the same wall every agency hits: too many tools, too little integration, too much manual email work.
We tried every AI email tool on the market. Each one had the same problem — they all sent our client emails to OpenAI. For EU-based businesses working with sensitive data, that wasn’t acceptable.
So we built our own. We run Llama 3.3 on dedicated servers in the EU. Your client data never leaves our infrastructure. No third parties. Just us.
PrometheusMail launches globally in 2026.
